You can start developing with Android Mobile OS and Android Mobile Apps by using Eclipse or Eclipse Pulsar (Eclipse for MobileDev) together with the Android Development Tools (ADT).
And here are some tutorials to help you get started:

I missed a bunch of news that came out over the weekend, so by now most of you hardcore gamers probably heard this already. Arcana Heart 3 had it's location test this past weekend, and match vids are out! There's not too many videos of the new character Weiss, but there's a nice one of Eko, the five-year-old adolescent phenom and her prince Kaz. The game looks a little more shiny, but still has that goofy polish from older Arcana Heart games.
Did I mention new moves abound too?
There's more loketest vids on that user's channel, so be sure to check 'em out!
Also, during our Fall Brawl tourney the KC guys were nice enough to mention that the first BlazBlue: Continuum Shift tourney happened nearly the same time on the weekend. Oichi over at versuscity, com broke the story with match vids from the tournament. He's also spot on about the new announcer (she sounds hideous).
Last but not least, three more characters made headlines today for Super Street Fighter IV! Cody, Guy, and Adon were introduced in the latest issue of Famitsu and a new trailer popped up as well. Looks like that rumored list of characters hit the spot again. Will we see Ibuki, Makoto, and Dudley appear too?
Kansas City: eleven people, three cars.
Oklahoma: five people, two cars.
Omaha Nebraska and Manhattan: two people, one car.
Our town: fifteen people. I didn't count the cars...
The numbers don't look all that dramatic, but you couldn't find a better place to play some of the midwest's top players in games like Street Fighter, BlazBlue, and Tekken. Every match was close, but all of the victories well well-earned. Tough. Yet respected. Oklahoma came out on top for the Tekken portion, while Kansas City proved once again why they were the champions in Street Fighter. BlazBlue also had a fairly unknown player from Oklahoma dominate some of the toughest competition with a typically unheard of character.
I'd like to thank everybody who came down. I gave my shout-outs already, but I suppose it couldn't hurt putting it here as well. We had the most successful showing yet, with over $100 bucks in the pot for first place. The team matches were a first for this tournament, and it looked to be very successful. I've never seen so much hype in person before; even more than what I'm used to seeing during singles tournaments.
Videos will be put up in the future. We're working on it.
I had a lot of fun. I hope everyone did too. We'll be back in March to settle the score again. A new rivalry is brewing that hasn't been touched sinced 2005. It's gonna be big.
Last night, while eating Habibi's cooking, she recounted the following adventure she had when buying mushrooms for this dish she made.
I couldn't stop laughing. I've never seen a smiling mushroom. Except on Super Mario.I bought this same mushroom, one very, very cheap from Don Quijote, the other expensive from this market here. I thought, "why one cheap, one expensive?" then I came home I opened the package, one mushroom looks like this (she sits up straight and makes a big happy smiling face) the other one look like this (scrunches up her face and slouches over)."
At last nights Eclipse Demo Camp London the European Director of Eclipse Foundation inc, Ralph Mueller, did a great presentation on why Eclipse is different to other open source projects such as Apache or MySql !
It turns out that Eclipse is actually an Ecosystem !
If you weren't there last night then you might like to go to Eclipse Demo Camp Hamburg next month !

Last night Electra said,
"I suntanned this morning."
By the way, it's winter here in Tokyo. I asked her what the hell she was talking about, it's freezing ass cold every morning, I know because I have to go out in it to catch the train for work. She said "no, it was warm around 11:00." Obviously our ideas of what "morning" is differ.
"You know we don't get sun, so it's good for us to sit out in it whenever we can."
I thought, you know what, she's right. So I sat out on my balcony just now. It was nice and sunny, if a little cold. Except I kept feeling like the people in the apartment across the way were staring at me. The building has reflective windows so who knows what's going on inside.
Then Baldy called me, and we're doing our regular Saturday routine of meeting up at the Starbucks and talking shit until one of us has to do something.
