As many of you might know already, I'm trying to raise a bit.. err, well, a lot of money if possible.. to fund my daughter's trip from Seattle to Baltimore this summer. As I have a raffle already going on for my Bully Munny custom, I have also decided to put up another custom that I did previously. Its a Treeson custom that I did awhile back for a contest that I didn't make it in to. Its 100% brush painted with acrylics, even the gradual fading purple was done with washes. I am very happy with the way this one turned out and its not an easy one to let go of, but like the other toys I have, they are replaceable but the days missed with my child are not. :( So I appeal to you and ask if you like this custom, go ahead and make me an offer. I started out with 30 spots and have been recently recommended to going to 20 spots instead on my recent bully munny raffle. Which I have. For each $10, you have a 1/20 chance.. And still, you'll be helping me out tremendously!
Ok so the design has been made, the sculpting has been completed, and might I say very nicely at that! I'm very happy to announce that these pics are showing the beginning of the molding stage of the toy production mold after having been created. Obviously the sculptor has put in as much tender-loving care into his mold design as he has the sculpting.. So I have no doubt that its going to turn out nice, that is, if mr.sandman doesn't flub up the production from here! LOL. Don't worry I have been told its not too bad and been given very detailed instructions..
He's Got Arms!! He's got legs! Well.. as much as you can you say that he has legs.. ok, stubs... feet, things that keep him from rolling over and looking stupid! :P

This here is Buster the Bunny he’s been livin on the mean streets of Vegas (right by Crack alley) for 2 years now smokin,drinkin,havin his way with all the hookers,spreading his bad dunny seed all around this town,getting all the out-of-towners to support his habits…this guys been smokin for quite a while now as u can see with his teeth they r yellowish/brown and his right hand has tobacco stains too…well anyways, he’s fed up and wants to go to rehab (but only for the booze) so if anybody knows a hotline # for rehab lemme know i need to get him in a.s.a.p.

n spite of the rating that this munny has received over at Custom Toy Lab where I found it, I love this Munny and its in the top five of my favorites from over there! Anyone can paint a munny.. well, you know what I mean, but the artist (Eloole) went out on a limb with this one, which, for one, I respect a lot, and two, they did a good job of it!

Not far though. LOL. Just a flashy red finish to start him off. :-D So nice 'n' shiny, I'm afraid to touch him now! LOL
There's a couple coats of gray primer Krylon and then about 3 coats of Krylon Special OSHA red. I dunno what's so special about the OSHA red as opposed to non-OSHA, but I picked it up because the cap color looked nice to me. I know, real sophisticated huh? oh hush. :-P Oh, and I used steel wool between the coats to get that nice finish. Worked like a charm. it was the first time I tried that, but I'm happy with it and highly recommend doing it for your next custom!
