First of all I want to thank Bil Betsovic for joining us over at Vinyl Toy Freaks. He has now a little corner of his own under the Artists' corner section of ours and we are glad to have him. To kick of his membership, Bil has graced our boards with a new story (as he always does with his designs) and a great set of customs.. I hope you like them! There are more photos here too!
Created in 1933 BetsO Industries started with a cigarette ad with the infamous "pack a'day" slogan. After doin so well in the unfiltered cig business,they ventured on to the vinyl industry...after the lead paint scandal of '78 and the FILTERED cigarette trade they started to go under....but i broke into the old factory located in SF and found some of the left behind toys and ads, heres some pics for ya.....
Ok so out of nowhere I find these new dunnys planted on our forum over at Vinyl Toy Freaks. Huck Gee has a very limited edition of 10. They are signed, numbered and embossed in gold. Of course as usual, in spite of the $600 price tags, these will be gone in a flash I guarantee.. so get your butts down to his ebay store on December 14 if you want a whack at picking one or both up! :D

are VERY deadly although he is on a full stomach right now and thats why the lil dunnys are still alive,he stores them in his mouth like a chipmunk…he WILL eat em later! he also has a lil suckerfish on his bum!!! and there is a gold shimmer to all his scales camera didnt pic it up too good :0( heres a lil history on the dobhar-chu…Few are as frightening as the Dobhar-Chu. Known to locals as the Irish crocodile, the Dobhar-Chu’s name, when roughly translated from Gaelic, literally means “water hound.” Known for its voracious appetite - with a particular taste for dunny flesh -
the Dobhar-Chu is said to be able to travel at incredible speeds, in or out of the water.Described as being “half-wolfdog and half-fish”. Reports of the Dobhar-Chu (also referred to as Dhuragoo, Dorraghowor or Dobarcu) date back to at least 1684. While numerous eyewitness accounts concur a fish-like canine, other observers claim that
the creature is more otter-like in appearance, complete with a short coat of thick, green hair, which makes a striking contrasted against its orange ear-tips.Although there has been some dispute regarding the animal’s length, it is believed to be approximately 7-8 inches from ear to foot.

Wow. First I've got to say that the fact that I saw this new Tara MacPherson dunny was enough to get me excited, but when I found out that its a new dunny series and looks to be even better than series 4 I got even more excited! Woot! Can't wait!... not much more info on this though..

Ok thanks to Dunny.nl posting these images I bring to you 2 new dunnys apparently coming out in S4. Sket One and Mad. There have been a few less than ideal dunnys I've seen recently but these two look very very promising! :D Thanks Dunny.nl for the great find!
The Dunny.nl site is having a Birfday! Coming August 17, 2007. See flyer below. There will be a number of custom artists displaying their custom dunnys there and it will be a fun tour! One extra cool thing for me.. see below! ;)
