Starting next Monday, (yes you’ll get a few extra days just this first time..) We’ve decided to start a giveaway for a random mini figure - from our small cache every two weeks. That’s right, every two weeks you’ll have a chance at winning! Since these are just mini figures, we’ll keep the competitions relatively simple but still, you’ll have to DO something to win. Not just a freebie (this decision based on some very good suggestions by some members - thank you.)
So without further adieu, our first contest is an ideal toy story.
Write a small paragraph of a character background that could be a toy. A lot of the appeal to the designer toys by people is the story behind the characters in the toys.. Write this up any way you want but my suggestions would include, personality, story, visual description, likes and dislikes. Have major fun with this. I want to see your creativity and ingenuity here!
Louie (nos4a2 and I) will pick the winner and this contest is open to all including the moderators, since they won’t be judging!
Contest starts Monday January 14, 2008 and the winner will be picked by 12:00 midnight Monday January 21.
PRIZE: One (1) random mini figure from our cache of toys. These include - Trexi figures, Spider Baby Boom figures, munny keychain, C.I. Boys and more as we acquire them..**

1. Length of character background: A short paragraph, minimum 400 characters (counting spaces)
2. Post count minimum must be met (10 posts by member)
3. No artwork
4. No foul language or overly obscene* ideas presented please.

*overly obscene: Use your judgement. Things like stating your character happens to smell bad because he farts all the time or his “makes your pee smell because he’s an asparagus” Like Mr. Lertchman is ok, but beyond that…
